Its important to work out what we want to do and the order we want to do it in.
I arrange subobjectives in a tree format as seen below where objectives are listed in order of their order of execution and dependency.
An objective beneath another objective is executed after it.
An objective above another objective is executed before it.
An objective above and to the right of another objective is a necessary precursor to it.
Here's my list from the previous thread, with item one expanded to list what i beleive that we as forum members must immediately do.:-
substantial reduction in effectiveness of discussion censorship requirement
minimised censorship rules
transparent censorship appeal process
minimal democratic fundamentals
disambiguation objection functionality
relocation requirement
superception objection functionality
relocation requirement.
impasse seperation requirements
maximise disambiguation
maximise prioritisation
maximise ergonomics
maximise concision
duplicated discussion merging requirement to top discussion with references in other discussions
irrelevance relocation requirements
optimise forum efficacy
Apply 8 hour per month minimum administrator rule
increase administrator pool
require membership for non administrators
duplicate forum
instantiate transparent and democratic rules and appeal procedures.
we activate official fora to supercede this one, using this one only where moderation is unecessary or non transparent
form democratic, populist, wide, momentum or pro-corbyn offline groups all across the UK, including scotland.
prioritise and select 40 MPs and 8 NEC members for deselection and replacement.
Assess What this forum members need from any momentum or a focussed, ruthlessly pro corbyn organisation.
Assess what momentum is, as managed by lansman and endorsed by corbyn and mcdonnell is.
Assess what isnt negotiatiable about momentum, even assuming its given an overwhelming democratic mandate.
If Momentum is inadequate as a Corbynite organisation, inform them of why
If momentum's adequate, join & integrate the democratic open principles & tools of mom.unofficial across Momentum.
focus public attention on a single individual corbyn opponent will permit us to optimise and accelerate the processes for subsequent opponents.
democratic breaks with the past at labour conference to demonstrate to the public that we are trustworthy now.
about three years from now, turn our attention to widespread voter activism to win a safe margin of seats to ensure labour is elected.
